Are the photo prints really unlimited?+
Yes. The Standard Photobooth includes unlimited photo prints for the whole booking, and the 360° Video Booth includes unlimited video sessions.
What print sizes do you offer?+
Two templates: a 4R photo (6 × 4 inches) and a photo strip (6 × 2 inches). The Standard Photobooth can use either.
Can the print template carry our logo or event theme?+
Yes. Every photo template is custom-designed for your event, and the 360° Video Booth includes a custom logo and video overlay.
What's the difference between the two booths?+
The Standard Photobooth is a fun photo booth experience with photo props, professional booth setup, and unlimited prints. The 360° Video Booth records shareable 360° videos on a rotating platform with instant downloads.
How many people can use the 360° Video Booth at once?+
The 100 cm rotating platform fits 1 to 5 people per session.
How do guests get their 360° videos?+
Through the instant video download station. We bring a Maxis LTE mobile internet connection for video uploads, so you don't need to arrange Wi-Fi.
Do guests get digital copies of their photos?+
Yes. The Standard Photobooth includes a private or public online gallery of the photos taken.
Can we extend the booth on the day?+
Yes, subject to availability. Event-day extensions are RM400 per additional hour for the Standard Photobooth and RM500 per additional hour for the 360° Video Booth.
Is there a limit on guest numbers?+
Photobooth packages are priced for events of up to 500 guests. Guest counts exceeding 500 pax are subject to a surcharge, so let us know your numbers when you enquire.
Can we book event photography and a photobooth together?+
Yes. Ask us about bundling event photography with a photobooth when you get in touch on WhatsApp.
